My out-of-body experiences continue to evolve as I evolve. In the early days of my journeys beyond the Earth plane, I had little control over navigating the dream field—my term for everything generated by the "Emitter."
The Emitter, as described by the great explorer Robert Monroe in his pinnacle out-of-body experience on November 27, 1987, is the source of the energy beam that creates the hologram of our universe. Monroe encountered the Emitter, perceiving it as a flaming ball of energy generating the entire dream—or hologram—of our existence. He noted that there was no big bang; instead, the creation of the hologram came from the Emitter, producing a cyclical, closed-loop system with a return flow off to one side. This profound insight revealed the Emitter's fundamental role in shaping both the physical and nonphysical counterparts of our universe.
These days, my role while out-of-body can involve guiding, teaching, or simply observing the various layers of the dream field. I may choose to interact directly with beings in different layers, offering insights or assistance in understanding their own nature and the nature of reality. The ultimate purpose of these interactions often revolves around the evolution and expansion of consciousness, helping beings realise their inherent connectivity and the illusory nature of their perceived separateness.
This multi-layered, interconnected spectrum of reality, while complex, forms a coherent whole where every layer, every dimension of thought and existence, plays a crucial role in the broader cosmic context. This understanding offers a comprehensive grasp of the dream field, reflecting the infinite depths of non-physical reality.
As an experienced out-of-body explorer, I perceive the dream field as a multi-layered, non-physical continuum, with each layer representing different degrees of density and responsiveness to thought and emotion. At the core of this continuum lies the earth plane, which, despite its physical appearance to its inhabitants, is fundamentally a highly condensed form of thought energy. This core is surrounded by progressively more malleable and less dense layers of reality, extending outward in a manner akin to the layers of an onion.
The Earth Plane
The earth plane, at the centre of the dream field, is characterized by its apparent solidity and physical laws. Inhabitants of this layer experience time linearly and interact with a tangible, material world. However, from a higher dimensional perspective, this solidity is an illusion. The earth plane is a dense, thought-generated reality, where collective and individual thoughts solidify into the physical forms and events perceived by its denizens.
The Astral Plane
Moving outward from the earth plane, the astral plane is the first major layer of less density and greater fluidity. This realm is more responsive to thoughts and emotions, allowing entities here to manifest and alter their environments with greater ease than on the earth plane. The astral plane serves as a bridge between the physical and the higher, more subtle realms of existence. It is here that beings can explore astral cities and environments of various size and purpose, vibrant with activity and diverse creations. Many inhabitants, especially those recently transitioned from the earth plane, continue to identify with forms resembling their physical bodies at their prime, utilising these familiar forms to interact and engage within this dynamic environment.
Intermediate Layers
Between the earth plane and the more ethereal astral levels, there are numerous intermediate layers. These layers vary in their density and responsiveness to thought. Some may closely resemble the earth plane, offering experiences that are almost as solid and defined, while others are more fluid, resembling the astral plane in their dreamlike quality and ease of transformation.
Energy Mechanics of the Dream Field
The entire dream field operates on the mechanics of thought and energy. Thoughts are not mere reflections of the physical world; they are the very building blocks of reality across all layers. Entities within these layers can influence and shape their experiences based on their mental and emotional states. The denser the layer, the more collective thought is required to effect changes, which is why the physical reality of the earth plane appears so stable and unyielding.
Higher Dimensions and Awareness
Beyond the astral plane, the layers become even less dense, more permeable, and exceedingly responsive to subtle energies. These higher dimensions might be unimaginable to those solely accustomed to the physical world, as they transcend the conventional concepts of space and time. In these realms, a higher dimensional being experiences a type of existence that is boundless and interconnected with all forms of consciousness across the dream field.
In posts to come, I will aim to breakdown these various major layers of the dream field more and more, to give a deeper understanding of how each layer functions, interacts with others, and influences the experiences of consciousness that traverse and inhabit them, offering insights into their unique characteristics and the roles they play in the continuum of spiritual evolution.

WOW !! That filled in a few missing gaps. Thanks :-)
This is brilliant! Although new and ‘salad green’ in this new and exciting approach to what’s possible, I am current you still quite locked into my body and currently not much progress. I would have loved to come to the retreat. Until then I’m just gonna have to keep winging it.
